If you enrol a minor, you confirm you are their parent or legal guardian and authorised to accept these terms on their behalf.
Jaya's Academy provides personalised 1-on-1 online tutoring, curriculum guidance, assessments, and related educational support.
Live online sessions mapped to school curricula such as CBSE, GCSE, IB, Common Core, NAPLAN pathways, and more.
Diagnostic calls help us understand learning goals. An assessment does not oblige you to purchase a plan.
You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Session times are confirmed with your advisor or tutor and delivered on our secure learning platform.
Please join on time. Late arrivals may shorten the remaining session without entitlement to make-up time.
Where offered, session recordings are for the enrolled student's personal review and must not be redistributed.
Fees vary by region, subject, and plan. Prices shown at enrolment or on regional pages apply unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments are due as stated on your invoice or checkout. Unpaid balances may pause scheduled sessions.
Local currency and plan options may differ by country site. Confirm details with your advisor before purchase.
We expect respectful behaviour toward tutors, advisors, and other community members at all times.
