About the role

Extensive free training and materials to teach students will be provided. Candidates should be qualified and proficient in the subject of tutoring.

Requirements

• Requires a minimum of 30 hours per week. Working between 5 am to 7 am IST on weekdays is compulsory.
• Engineers / Post graduates / PhD holders / Post doctoral researchers are welcome to apply.
• All applicants must be passionate about teaching.
• Teaching experience is not mandatory but a nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for assigned clients (parents).
• Liaise with assigned clients to ensure successful completion of tutoring sessions.
• Manage schedules and tutor availability charts of assigned tutors.
• Manage change requests from the client (topic related / tutor change).
• Invoice management & reports.

Other requirements

• The post requires working on 2 shifts, 04 a.m. - 09 a.m. & 07-10 p.m. (Mon - Sat).
• This is a work from home job needing a noise-free environment, high speed internet connection and power backup.
• This is a contract position and pay will be proportional to number of assigned clients (₹30,000 - ₹45,000/-).

Job description

• Close inbound sales calls.
• Potential customers include parents with urgent tutoring needs for their children.
• Inquiries can be calls or emails.
• You are to discuss requirements with parents, provide them a demo and convert them to customers.
• Thorough understanding of the topic is needed for answering customer questions. All required material will be provided.
• The sales person must be equipped to handle moderate to high volume calls as they arise.

Other requirements

• As long as you have a noise-free environment, high speed internet and decent power backup, you can work from home.
• We do not stipulate fixed work hours; our current team follow 2 shifts (04 - 08 a.m. and 07 - 10 p.m.).
• This is a contract position initially, with the possibility of moving into a full-time position.
