Which competitions do you prepare for?+
SASMO, NMOS and SMOPS at primary level and the Singapore Mathematical Olympiad at secondary level.
Is my child ready for Olympiad maths?+
Only if their school mathematics is already secure. We assess this first and will tell you honestly if subject tutoring would serve them better.
Will it help their school results?+
Usually yes, indirectly - the problem-solving transfers. But it is not a substitute for syllabus tutoring if there are gaps.
How much practice is needed?+
Regular short sessions beat occasional long ones. Problem solving improves with frequency more than with volume.
