Mathematics
Mathematics for Years 7 and 8 - integers, proportional reasoning and the first real algebra, building the foundations that secondary maths depends on.
Science
Science for Years 7 and 8 - cells, ecosystems, matter, forces and energy, with the scientific method taught properly ahead of specialist secondary science.
Social Sciences
Social Sciences for Years 7 and 8 - New Zealand history, geography and economics studied with real sources, and the structured report writing secondary school will expect.
